Vicci is the heart of Orange Blossom Hosting and the reason guests leave reviews that read like love letters. She has spent over 30 years managing rentals and investing in real estate, and she still runs a portfolio of her own properties, so she knows exactly what keeps both owners and guests coming back for more. A licensed real estate agent with a host’s sixth sense, she can spot a wobbly towel rack or a lukewarm welcome from clear across the room. Warm, wildly organized, and impossible not to like, Vicci treats every home she manages like it is her own (mostly because, for three decades, that is exactly what it was).

Vicci’s son and a short-term rental host for 10+ years, Chris runs several of his own STRs, so he actually practices what he preaches. He handles all the techy wizardry behind Orange Blossom Hosting: your web presence, the property management software, the hosting platforms, pricing optimization, and the not-so-small job of keeping your calendar full (while squeezing out every last dollar of revenue, naturally). His idea of a good time is a sold-out month at peak rates.

Every great host has a secret weapon, and ours is a small army of family members who answer the call (sometimes literally, at 2am). The crew includes a hosting assistant who keeps guest messages and turnovers running like a well-oiled machine, plus a handyman and maintenance squad ready for anything from a leaky faucet to a holiday-weekend “the AC just quit” emergency. They are local, they are fast, and they are suspiciously good at showing up before you even knew there was a problem. Basically, they are the reason hands-on hosting actually stays hands-on (and the reason Chris sleeps at night).

Built by people who got tired of being let down

We started Orange Blossom Hosting after years of watching property managers treat homes like line items on a spreadsheet. Slow replies, surprise fees, and almost no accountability. We knew it could be done better, because we were already doing it for our own rentals.

Over the past decade our team has closed more than $50 million in real estate, hosted thousands of guest nights, and renovated and furnished homes from the ground up. We have made the mistakes, found the systems that actually work, and built the playbook we now run for owners across Seminole and Volusia County.
