Are there really no contracts?

Correct. Every plan is month to month. You stay because the results are good, not because you are locked into fine print. If it is not working, you can walk away.

What are the setup and monthly costs on The Grove?

The one-time setup covers onboarding your property the right way: professional photos, building and optimizing your listings across every platform, smart pricing setup, and getting supplies and systems in place. The small monthly subscription covers the software that runs guest messaging, dynamic pricing, and your reporting. Both depend on your property, so we give you exact numbers on your free call.

How does the 50/50 split on The Harvest work?

We run the entire business and split the net rental revenue evenly. We handle the accounting, pay your housekeepers and vendors, and send your share every month. As the owner you still cover taxes, insurance, liability, and utilities. It is the closest thing to truly passive ownership.

Can I switch tiers later?

Anytime. Plenty of owners start on The Blossom or The Grove and move up once they see how good hands-off feels. Just say the word and we will adjust your plan.

Which plan is right for me?

If you want more bookings but like staying hands-on, start with The Blossom. If you want it mostly off your plate, The Grove is the sweet spot. If you want to own the home and forget the rest, The Harvest. Not sure? Book a call and we will recommend honestly, even if that means a smaller plan.
